Ran Wasserstein Perella’s west coast VC/LBO office Palo Alto. Built several tech companies from prototype stage to high-value exit (M&A/IPO). Raised $250M VC/PE financing for portfolio companies. Completed M&A deals exceeding $2B in value. Was Managing Director of Technology Commercialization at IBM World HQ and led a team that launched IBM spinouts from Watson Research Lab. Began his career designing inertial guidance systems for strategic ICBM missiles at Draper Lab and MIT Aero/Astro Dept.
