We are pleased to announce that Andreea Boier, GPHR will be joining the Kairos team as its Chief Talent Officer.
Andreea’s role with Kairos will be ensuring the continuous strength of the internal team, on the one hand, and the success of the teams of the Kairos portfolio companies on the other hand. “What attracted me to Kairos is its revolutionary mission to bring world-changing technologies to light in a practical and lasting manner. The work that turns patents into incubators and then startups is true artistry from a business perspective, and that left/ right brain combination of the work is simply fascinating.” – Andreea Boier, Chief Talent Officer at Kairos Ventures
Prior to Kairos, she held HR leadership positions in private equity with two portfolio companies of Cerberus Capital Management: YP (formerly YellowPages and an AT&T carve-out) and Accurate Metal Solutions. Before then, Andreea served as VP of Human Resources for Coda Automotive, a manufacturer and distributor of all-electric, zero-emissions cars and stationary energy storage systems. Andreea started her HR career in New York City, with Rhodes Associates Executive Search, and then her roles increased continuously in responsibility with GlenRock Group, a venture capital company, and Keynote Systems, a mobile cloud testing and monitoring company. Subsequently, she moved to Los Angeles in 2007, joining AdMedia as Director of Human Resources.
