We are very excited to announce that Behavioral Signals has joined the Kairos portfolio, following our investment in their recent Series A fundraising.
Based in Los Angeles, CA, Behavioral Signals develops technology to analyze human behavior from recorded speech. Using the callER analytics suite (their flagship product), enterprises can track emotions and behaviors in calls, or live interactions, and get a complete view of related key performance indicators.
“Forever, human emotion has been considered impossible to quantify, impossible to measure. No longer. Our callER analytics suite absorbs data from calls and live interactions, and thanks to proprietary IP it is able to translate the qualitative into the quantitative.”
– Alexandros Potamianos, CEO of Behavioral Signals
“I am really excited to welcome Behavioral Signal Technologies to our portfolio. AI is one of our key areas of focus and there is no other company tackling the challenge of emotion recognition better than the team at Behavioral Signals,” says Nikos Iatropoulos, who will be joining the Behavioral Signals Board of Directors.
The company’s award-winning emotion recognition and behavioral analytics technology utilizes cognitive modeling and advanced machine learning algorithms. Behavioral Signals understands not only what is being said, but how it is being said—the emotions, intentions, state-of-mind and behaviors of each person. Their technology leverages huge amounts of data, and using statistical models, they can provide valuable data-informed business insights.
“Forever, human emotion has been considered impossible to quantify, impossible to measure. No longer,” says Alexandros Potamianos, CEO of Behavioral Signals. “Our callER analytics suite absorbs data from calls and live interactions, and thanks to proprietary IP it is able to translate the qualitative into the quantitative. This allows us to bring emotion recognition and behavioral signal processing to the services and products of enterprises today.”
We are thrilled about our investment in Behavioral Signals and would like to welcome them to the extended Kairos Ventures family.
